Architects we have worked with are always thrilled by our depth of knowledge, especially regarding local terrain, soils and council regulations. They often call us to discuss design ideas, leveraging off our onsite expertise.

As a full-service builder, we can also help you every step of the way, from concept to completion, including design.

In our first consultation we will listen to your needs, capture your design requirements, talk about your site and discuss different building solutions. At this point, all discussions regarding pricing will be approximate, allowing you to see if what you’re hoping to achieve is within your budget.

If you would like to continue with us, we will then meet a second time for a fee. Here we will precisely detail your requirements, compile exact pricing from our suppliers, and take the time required to formulate a comprehensive and accurate proposal.

If you proceed to build with us, the fee for the proposal will be deducted from your overall contract. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you won’t experience a budget blow-out.
